Refunds Policy

At Tribe we stand behind the quality of our WordPress plugins and digital products. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refund Window

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund.

Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, we only offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The product does not work as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Issues arising from user modifications or server configuration
  • Change of mind or feature requests not currently supported
  • Incompatibility with third-party themes or plugins

Subscriptions

Refunds for renewal payments are considered case-by-case if requested within 7 days of the charge. To avoid renewal charges, you can cancel anytime from your account before the renewal date.

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We aim to process approved refunds within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
